Substances

  • 1/4 cup (60ml) tart cherry juice
  • 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 1/4 teaspoon floor nutmeg
  • 1/4 teaspoon floor cinnamon

Non-obligatory Garnishes

  • Tart dried cherries
  • Darkish chocolate chips or cacao nibs (licensed gluten-free if mandatory)

Instructions

In a small bowl, mix the chia seeds, cherry juice, and coconut milk. Stir effectively, then let the combination soak for at the least half-hour, or till the chia seeds have absorbed a lot of the liquid and fashioned a thick gel.
