Robert Downey Jr. counseled for sporting Jewish life necklace

Well-known Iron Man actor Robert Downey Jr. wore a ‘chai’ Jewish life necklace whereas attending the thirty ninth annual Santa Barbara Worldwide Movie Pageant on Saturday. 

The choice to put on the Jewish necklace was applauded by the Consulate Basic of Israel in New York, who commented on the heroic nature of displaying one’s Jewish id in a local weather of heightened antisemitism.
