CMAC Group snaps up European transfers specialist

Floor transport specialist CMAC Group has bought airport transfers agency Suntransfers to increase its international footprint.

Barcelona-based Suntransfers gives transfers from airports to main cities world wide and the acquisition permits CMAC to “bolster its provide chain and supply rapid protection to its present shoppers”. Phrases of the deal weren’t revealed.

Following the deal, CMAC mentioned that it deliberate to “pursue additional enlargement throughout Europe and past over the following two years”.

Suntransfers, which was based in 2008, is considered one of Europe’s largest airport switch corporations, providing companies from greater than 750 airports and transport hubs globally. The agency manages round 400,000 bookings yearly and is on monitor to exceed its pre-Covid income by the top of 2022 monetary 12 months.
